By using UNRIVO you agree to these terms.
The service
UNRIVO is a tool that helps you organize your business story, create marketing content and publish it to your accounts. The service is currently in a pilot phase and its features may change.
Your content
- You own the stories and content you enter and are responsible for their accuracy.
- Review every post before approving it. Nothing is published to your account unless you approve and schedule it.
- Only upload photos and videos you have the right to use.
- Your content must comply with the laws of your country and the policies of Instagram and Facebook.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to publish misleading, offensive or unlawful content, or to try to access other users' data. Illicit trade, violations and unauthorised commercial activities are listed in the Platform Prohibitions. Each violation is blocked and counts as a warning; after 3 warnings the next violation suspends the account, and after a reinstatement any new violation suspends it again immediately.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". We don't guarantee specific marketing results and are not responsible for decisions or outages of social media platforms.
Ending use
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
