Data Deletion

Disconnect Instagram or Facebook

1. Sign in at app.unrivo.com.
2. Open the Accounts page and click Disconnect.
3. Your access token and account or Page data are deleted immediately, and pending scheduled posts are cancelled.

You can also remove UNRIVO from Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites → Remove) or from Facebook (Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → Remove).

Delete your account and all data

Email hello@unrivo.com from your registered address with the subject "Data deletion request". We delete your account, stories, content, media and connection data within 30 days at most, and confirm by email.
